What to Include in a Material Inquiry
The more specific the starting information, the faster the material review and commercial response can be. A complete specification is not required for the first inquiry.
Material or Reference Grade
Share the polymer, current supplier grade or target material if known. A reference grade can be used as a starting point for review, but equivalence must be technically confirmed.
Application & Processing Method
Tell us whether the material is for fiber, film, extrusion, injection molding, compounding or another process, together with the intended end use.
Key Technical Requirements
Include target viscosity, reinforcement, flame-retardant requirement, appearance, color or other critical properties when they are known.
Sample or Evaluation Need
Indicate whether you are requesting an initial sample, replacement-grade evaluation or a commercial quotation for an already qualified material.
Estimated Volume

Can STRANTOP review a grade I currently buy from another supplier?
Yes. A current or reference grade is useful for starting the discussion. The customer should also provide the application and critical specifications. Any replacement or equivalence must be confirmed through technical review and, where appropriate, customer evaluation.
Can I request samples before a commercial order?
Samples can be discussed for qualified projects. Availability, sample quantity, shipment method and any related commercial arrangement are confirmed case by case.
What documents can be supplied?
